Detroit Red Wings vs Dallas Stars
The Stars had difficulty finishing off San Jose and despite being a dominant team the best decade they only made it to the finals once. Detroit's defense is healthy, Franzen is outshining Detroit's two scoring stars (Zetterberg and Datsyuk), and it the chances are very good two of the NHL's greatest Hasek and Chelios will hoist the cup once again.

Pittsburgh Penguins vs Philadelphia
Like the other series the Flyers don't have a chance. Crosby and Malkin are two of the greatest players today and will continue to improve. The Penguins haven't encountered a strong NHL team yet in the playoffs and won't compete against one till the Stanley Cup Finals.

Are you nuts? the stars beat out the defending cup champs and the Sharks who finished 2nd. The stars were the underdogs in every series and the stars won. Detroit never played one good team yet. Nashville blows and so do the Avs, wait till the stars beat the Wings in 6. It's no walk in the park, this round your actually playing a good team.
Everybody is in favour of the Wings, who are pretty good, but you can say they are going to sweep by the way the stars are playing. If the Wings win it sure as hell won't be in 4 games, 6 at the least.
There is no way on God's green earth the Wings will beat the Stars in 4...5...6...OR 7. The Dallas defense is young, quick, have grit, and a scoring touch. Detroit has ONE good defensive pairing. The Wings don't have depth on their forward lines either. The Stars win this series, in 6.
